Genesis Groups exist to provide all people who attend Genesis a place to belong. Focusing primarily on building solid relationships with others and studying what it means to follow Jesus, Groups are critical for long-term growth in faith.
Groups are launched twice a year (in the fall and winter) and are composed of 8-15 people. Each group is unique in its composition and focus. Some groups will focus on deep study of the Bible, some will read through a book on Christian topics, and others will focus on serving others or like-minded activities. At the core of all of the groups is a desire to build community and follow Jesus more closely.
CURRENT GROUPS
GUSTAFSON GROUP 2nd and 4th Mondays in North Scottsdale- 6:00-8:00 PM. A group that studies a book of the Bible or the current sermon series.
KETTELKAMP GROUP 2nd and 4th Wednesdays in North Phoenix- 6:30-8:30 PM. A group that potlucks and studies a book or the bible.
PETRUSKE GROUP Wednesday nights at Genesis- 5:30-7:30 PM. A service group that supports our AMP Youth Group by providing/serving/eating meals together.
WOMEN’S GROUP The 3rd Friday of each month from 6:30- 8:30 PM. A group of women who gather at Genesis to study the Bible.
MEN’S GROUP Twice a month on Saturdays at Genesis- 8:30 AM A group that meets at Genesis to study the Bible or follow the current sermon series.
MCKENNON-WELD GROUP Twice a month on Sundays at 1:00 PM A group that meets at various homes to study the Bible. Young marrieds with or without kids- welcome to everyone.
