I Corinthians 6:19-20
In Old Testament times, God’s presence was housed in the bricks and mortar of the Temple of God. No longer. The bible tells us that our bodies are the temple of God. Whoa. This body with limbs, and flesh and bones? Yup. Here’s the kicker, God really cares about how we treat our bodies. It’s the only one we got.

This isn’t a giant no-no list to rule over us, it’s a adopting a way of life that says, “God gave me this one body, and I’m going to take care of it as best I can.” We’ll show you how.
